Poet Helen Frost and photographer Rick Lieder will visit Kids Ink on Thursday, May 4th from 4-5pm.

These nature lovers have collaborated a lot over the years, Rick with captivating photos and Helen with inspiring poetry. Meet them and learn how they've worked together to bring the beauty of nature onto the printed page.

Friday, April 28th
4:00—5:00 Cammie McGovern will discuss and sign her newest book, Chester and Gus, about the connection between an autistic boy and a dog.
Saturday, April 29th
On Saturday, April 22nd, Jim Aylesworth visits Kids Ink Bookstore from 11am to 1pm.

From the shenanigans of Naughty Little Monkeys to the poignant history in My Grandfather's Coat, Aylesworth's ability to connect to the reader through the page continues to amaze. We're honored he can take the time to visit our store and meet his fans and their families.
Dan Gutman, author of the Weird School and Genius Files series as well as multiple sports books, stops by Kids Ink Wednesday, April 12th, from 4-5pm! Say hello, get an autograph, and ring in the new outdoor sports season with someone who knows them like few do!

The prolific writer and creator of children's books covering everything from rambunctious dinosaurs to confident mythological creatures, Bob Shea himself, will visit Kids Ink Bookstore on Thursday, March 23rd, from 4 to 5pm. His book Dinosaur vs. Mommy just came out with a board book edition, perfect for your own little reader!

Come meet the debut YA author Sarah Nicole Lemon and check out her novel Done Dirt Cheap. She will be at Kids Ink on March 14th from 7-8pm.

Some things to know about the author….
Michael Bornstein, one of the youngest documented survivor of the Auschwitz concentration camp liberated in 1945, and his daughter Debbie Bornstein-Holinstat have co-authored the memoir Survivor’s Club: The True Story of a Very Young Prisoner of Auschwitz. They will appear at Kids Ink Monday, May 1st, from 4-5pm, to discuss the book, answer questions, and autograph copies. The book will be available for purchase at Kids Ink beginning March 7th.

Jan Brett will visit Kids Ink on Thursday, December 1st to read, sign books, and celebrate the release of her latest children’s story, Gingerbread Christmas. Jan will speak at 5pm and sign books after.

Kids Ink Bookstore welcomes back Nick Bruel, author and illustrator of the Bad Kitty series! Beginning at 4pm on Monday, October 24th, Nick will be in our store to sign autographs, talk with fans, and prep us all of Halloween with his most recent hardcover, Bad Kitty Scaredy-Cat.

Every child wants to be great, but the determined girl Gertie Reese Foy needs to be great now, and she's got a plan to do it. Guests can learn all about it on Monday, October 10th, when Kate Beasley - author of Gertie's Leap to Greatness - visits Kids Ink for a reading and signing event from 3pm to 4:15pm.
